Blueclaw capped off an incredible 12 months of award wins by scooping another gong at the 2019 Northern Digital Awards in one of the most competitive categories.
Travelling a whole 0.4 miles from our offices at The Calls to the ceremony at the Royal Armouries, we were delighted to pick up the award for Best SEO Campaign.
The award was in recognition of the tremendously successful Queen’s Winnings campaign; a data-driven piece that saw us analyse just how much the monarch has made from her passion for horse racing.
The answer is that it’s quite a substantial sum – a figure so impressive that the campaign received global coverage in publications ranging from the Daily Mail to CNN.
As with all of our campaigns, the key to success was in finding a unique hook and angle that is genuinely interesting to the media, and using our team of in-house experts to bring it to life.
The Northern Search Awards 2019 gong will now take its place next to the 2018 trophy for Best Use of Search, giving us consecutive years of success at the ceremony.
It also follows our success at the 2017 & 2018 UK Search Awards, 2018 European Search Awards and 2018 Drum Search Awards – a streak of six wins at six consecutive ceremonies, which we’re immensely proud of.
