We’re delighted to announce that Blueclaw has been shortlisted for two awards in this year’s UK Search Awards. The UK Search Awards is a national awards competition that celebrates the very best in search engine optimisation and pay per click marketing.
SEO award nomination
Our first nomination is in the category for ‘Best use of Search – Retail’ and the award will be presented to the company that the judges recognise for a campaign that has most successfully enhanced the visibility of a website or web page in the retail sector. We’re really excited to be nominated in this category and we’re up against some very strong competition, so it’ll be really interesting to see whether we can win the award in this tough group!
PPC award nomination
Our second nomination is for the best PPC Management Software. This category is in recognition of the development of an outstanding management software package that successfully manages and enhances pay per click marketing campaigns. Blueclaw has been nominated for its FeedMASTER software. Again we’ve got some tough competition in this category so we’re all hoping that we can walk away with the award.
The Awards Ceremony
The entries were judged by a panel of leading industry experts, including representatives from Google, Yahoo! and Hitwise, and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place next Thursday 3rd November. The event is being held at the Emirates Stadium (home to Arsenal Football Club) and so the SEO team from Blueclaw will be heading down to London to attend what promises to be a really great evening.
I’m looking forward to the drinks, dinner and casino (!) but most of all I’m really hoping that we can walk away with at least one of the awards. It would certainly mean a lot to the team at Blueclaw to have our achievements recognised in this way.
