This is a new position at Blueclaw and one we’re very excited about. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the PR & Inbound Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing Blueclaw’s inbound marketing leadgen strategy.
Inbound marketing is key to Blueclaw’s growth strategy and we are looking for an exceptional candidate who will be credible, confident and articulate, with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will have the gravitas to pitch your ideas clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders of all levels of seniority. As well as being commercially-focused, you’ll be innovative and creative, with a concise and effective approach to problem solving and the ability to develop, deliver, communicate and evaluate brilliant ideas and brand stories to help grow the agency.
To be a highly visible company figurehead and brand communicator via social media and other key marketing channels.
Champion our agency culture, our team and be the standard bearer of our company values.
Research, choose, design and manage live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post event strategy to increase engagement, inbound leads and response rates.
Communicate, organise and collaborate with agency colleagues regarding new and planned marketing activities/content, and gain their expert input into marketing collateral, the blog schedule and the overall inbound strategy.
Build a team of confident public speakers that will represent Blueclaw at various industry events, online and offline.
Review, build and manage our on-going social media and video content output/presence.
Write and submit award entries and ensure Blueclaw is featured in various industry listings such as The Drum and Prolific North.
Lead our wellbeing and charity initiatives.
Edit, write and develop Blueclaw’s case study material, thought leadership copy, digital PR and website content.
Form robust relationships with influencers and journalists to help improve Blueclaw’s position within the search marketing industry.
Work with the SEO and web development teams to ensue the Blueclaw website ticks all the necessary optimisation boxes with the ultimate aim of improving keyword rankings and inbound leads.
To develop and build on a comprehensive understanding of the company’s competitors, the marketplace and trends in the industry.
Maintaining up to date market knowledge of digital marketing, with a strong focus on our core services of SEO, paid media, content marketing, digital PR and data services.
Be an inspiring leader by motivating and developing staff to help them grow/develop within their roles.
Key Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in working with sales and operations teams to develop and implement content that drives brand awareness and inbound leads.
Expertise in attracting customers with content designed to attract qualified prospects and converting them into leads and customers.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, superior attention to detail and a desire for excellence at every level of marketing.
A highly motivated leader with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
A creative thinker, highly collaborative, focused on our ideal customers and knows what it takes to grow an agency.

Demonstrable track record of delivering ROI on time and within budget.
Beneficial Skills & Experience:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing skills (in particular, developing video content and brand stories for LinkedIn and YouTube).
Degree in marketing or business, or comparable education/experience.
A sound understanding of SEO/PPC, content marketing, digital PR and performance marketing.
2+ years marketing in B2B, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
