You will have expert on-site SEO knowledge, know how to implement a killer link building strategy and be able to market content effectively. You will be able to demonstrate SEO results for toughest online markets and know what it takes to deliver the right results!

You will work with and be supported by our brilliant, vibrant and friendly award winning search team.

You will need to have:

• A real passion for SEO, in and outside work
• Extremely strong on-site SEO knowledge
• A get stuff done attitude and be highly motivated
• Excellent written ability (for example you will get a chance to write for the Blueclaw and ionSearch blogs)
• Strong analytical capabilities (for keyword research, Google Analytics and link metrics) and project management skills
• Experience of using the latest SEO tools sets
• The confidence to express new ideas and be a team player
• Good telephone manner
• Public speaking aspirations
• Client facing experience
• A ROI focused mind set
• A sound working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Competent HTML/CSS skills
