PPC: The only means of making sales?

Many businesses opt to undergo paid search (PPC) only to find that they are getting many click throughs but not many conversations. This is common problem for online businesses and the first thing you may look to do is pump more money into your campaign in order to push your advert up in the rankings and hope to get more click throughs and hence higher conversions. However, just because you have maximised your on and off site optimisation and see a significant increase in rankings on Google.com does not always result in the same positive outcome in Google.co.uk.
