The Objective

FST approached Blueclaw to deliver high-growth on-site and off-site SEO in the ultra-competitive sports betting niche. Along with on-site SEO, the Blueclaw team was tasked with creating a content marketing campaign that would earn high value links for search purposes and to take advantage of ongoing game day cost discussion.

As part of the Content Marketing approach, the team developed a campaign titled “Match Day Calculator”. The team created an onsite interactive asset around the
ongoing discussion of the price of attending a Premier League football match.

With masses of data covering the cost of supporting every club in the Premier League, Blueclaw investigated everything from ticket prices to the price of a pie and a pint.
Fascinating for fans but also speaking the wider topic of money in football, this content marketing campaign provided lots of PR potential to position Free Super Tips as a thought leader on the side of the fans, while also earning great coverage and SEO-boosting links.
