In anticipation of the release of Spectre last month, we had the pleasure of presenting Sir Roger Moore with an award as a part of our publicity campaign for the Bond Around the World content piece we created in collaboration with inclusive holiday specialists Hayes and Jarvis.

Bond Around the World is an interactive content piece that takes the visitor through a series of maps that show the journeys taken by different Bonds in each of their respective films. Visitors can explore the site by film or by actor up to and including Daniel Craig’s role in Skyfall.

The site offers a tally of total miles travelled by each actor. Roger Moore’s 305,516 miles travelled—including a trip into space in Moonraker—was by far the longest distance covered by any Bond. Daniel Craig was second, though his miles travelled only add up to 48,742 across four films including Spectre.

In appreciation of his intrepid portrayal of James Bond, Hayes and Jarvis and Blueclaw presented Moore with an award for being The Most Travelled Bond at Harrogate Theatre last month during his tour of An Evening with Sir Roger Moore. Harrogate Theatre generously helped coordinate the presentation of the award and we extend our sincere thanks for their support.

Bond Around the World has picked up coverage from a number of fan and review sites, such as BugleMag, Stashed, Film Debate and 007 Travellers. The award presentation was also reported on MI6 HQ, one of the most popular Bond fan sites. For some more samples of our content work, see our content marketing case studies.
