We are looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager and an Account Manager with proven track records of running, successful Search Engine Optimisation campaigns. You will work with top-end blue chip clients and you will be their go to person for all campaign related matters.

A strong knowledge of on and off-site search engine optimisation techniques and strategy is a must, as well as an analytical mind.

You will also be asked to coordinate content marketing initiatives for your clients, from ideation to delivery, so a strong creative streak is also required. As is an awareness of the tactics that will bring continued success for clients.

As a consequence, personal experience of achieving better-than-expected results (rankings/traffic/conversions) across a number of SEO campaigns need to be demonstrated.

We are also looking for a proficient user of Google Analytics and other major third party analytics platforms.

Excellent internal and external communication skills are a given. And the successful candidate must be highly numerate and literate, with the ability to produce top quality written reports. In return we offer a competitive package and benefits.

Main Duties:

  • Consistently and routinely measure the effectiveness of campaigns across your assigned client accounts.
  • Deliver increases in search rankings, traffic and conversions and ensure delivery against all other key performance indicators, as agreed by the Management and the client.
  • Use a variety of industry standard and Blueclaw-owned tools to compile and draw insight from company-specific, sector-specific and generic industry data, in order to better understand user trends and behaviour and add context to the performance on each account.
  • Manage the production of monthly reports for clients, which should contain a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics agreed with the client. It is essential to report on the client’s ROI.
  • Maintain an open channel of communication with client contacts to ensure effective communication of campaign progress and reports.
  • Ensure clients receive top quality professional customer service and work proactively to educate the client on search marketing best practice and any relevant industry or search engine-related updates.
  • Work closely with the Technical SEO, Design and Development and Content and Online PR teams.
  • Be responsible for line management of Account Executives, including implementation of induction programmes for new starters.
  • Provide and/or organise necessary training for Account Executives on an ongoing basis.

Experience:

Two years or more experience in an SEO Account Executive/ Account Manager role.

The office is located in the city centre (The Calls) and has excellent public transport links.
